In the heart of Chicago, Andres Meneses leads as the CEO of Latin Street, a premier Latin dance studio & entertainment company. With a deep passion for Latin dance and music, Andres actively promotes and preserves the cultural heritage of this art form. He creates a vibrant community and platform for dancers to connect, learn, and showcase their talent. Expanding beyond a small studio, Andres organizes diverse programs and events, fostering inclusivity and raising the profile of Latin dance in Chicago. His visionary leadership transforms the company into a beacon of excellence, bringing dancers and enthusiasts joy, inspiration, and unity.

Andres is an accredited World Salsa Summit Judge and served as so at DCBX, CSBF & several times at Montreal Salsa Convention. he also served as choreographer and dancer in such hit TV shows Empire & Chicago MD.

He was also a voting member of the National Recording Academy – GRAMMYs, from 2004 – 2016. During which time, he served 5 years as 1 of 15 National experts to judge the Latin categories for Grammy nominations. He also served as judge for 2 years to help choose the GRAMMY Lifetime Achievement Awards.

His involvement in the Grammys was started as the producer of his Grammy nominated production for “Best Traditional Tropical” Angel Melendez & 911 Mambo Orchestra in 2004.

As an event producer, he has produced hundreds of Music and Dancing events in venues such as The Chicago Theater, The Hard Rock Cafe, Hilton Hotel, DCASE, Navy Pier, NAHREP National Convention 2015, The Chicago Bulls, The Chicago White Sox, Sound Bar & The Cubby Bear just to name a few.
