Musicality: Get Out of Your Head & Into Your Body (All Levels)

A dance class for all occasions! The focus of this class is all about getting out of our heads and getting into our bodies. Rather than emphasizing predetermined steps or choreography, we will learn how to listen to the music and feel the rhythms in our bodies and souls.  We will learn to move with the music and flow how our bodies feel inspired.

Yoga: Flow for Dancers (All Levels)

This yoga class will focus on tapping into your body’s strengths to increase flexibility, balance, core, and spatial awareness for dancers. These skills will be not only applicable to daily life but also to the dance floor!
