Each class is 45 minutes long and covers a specific title, such as “Salsa A: Hammerlocks”. Our titles are designed with a dance style, level, and theme, providing a comprehensive learning experience.

Our dance methodology is designed to help you quickly progress from beginner to intermediate and advanced levels. Our structured 45-minute classes follow a step-by-step approach, ensuring that students build upon their skills week after week, and learn complex moves and routines. Our syllabus includes the following:

Week 1: Introduction of the movements.
Week 2: Building upon the previous class move.
Week 3: Learn the variations of complex moves.
Week 4: By the end of the session, you will have learned an entire routine and better understand the chosen title.
