We are looking for friendly, outgoing, responsible people to host the entrance door at our events!

Currently hiring a door host for Monday and Saturday nights between 8 pm-2 am.

Job “Door Host” Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Door Host to join our team for Tropical nights at clubs and restaurants. As a Door Host, you will maintain a smooth flow of guests by welcoming them and processing tickets.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive to work on-time & well maintained.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Check tickets or event passes to validate entry and prevent unauthorized access.
• Control crowds and manage lines to ensure an organized entry process. *Security will be at sight and assist.
• Collaborate with security personnel and management to address potential security concerns or incidents.
• Communicate effectively with guests and provide directions or assistance as needed.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any emergencies or disturbances that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of guest counts, incidents, and any relevant information.
• Follow all company code of conduct, procedures, legal, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Door Host, bouncer, or similar role is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong observational and situational awareness abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption and entry requirements. (ex. should be able to say no to any guests who are already drunk)
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for late night *We will have chair for you 🙂
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
