One Night Only

For one special Thursday only, Tropical Thursdays is moving to Barcocina West Town for a tropical pop-up edition.

On Thursday, May 14th, 2026, join the Latin Street community for a night of Bachata, Salsa, Cumbia, and nonstop social dancing in one of Chicago’s favorite nightlife spots. Also, a special performance at 11:30 pm.

 Please note: Moe’s Cantina River North will have a private venue buyout this evening, so Tropical Thursdays will temporarily relocate to Barcocina for this one night only.

The following Thursday, Tropical Thursdays returns to Moe’s Cantina as usual.

• 9:00 PM | Two dance lessons at once:
    • Salsa with Edson De Cuba (Upstairs Salsa Room)
    • Bachata with Cesar Estrada (Main Room)

• 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM | Non-stop dancing in two rooms
