Can you light up a dance floor with just a smile and a few steps? We’re looking for a high-energy dance instructor to lead 30-minute lessons
Currently hiring instructors for several nights. Usually, lessons are at 9pm or 9:30pm. Please apply with your availability (days)
What You’ll Do:
- Lead 30-minute, beginner-friendly dance lessons (salsa, bachata, or cumbia) to kick off the night.
- Get guests dancing and socializing — you’re the spark that lights the floor!
- Work closely with the DJ and team to time lessons and crowd engagement.
- Float during the night to invite guests to dance and keep the vibe alive.
- Represent the Latin Street’s energy and core values with friendliness and approachability.
Ideal For:
- Experienced social dance instructors (or advanced dancers comfortable teaching).
- Outgoing, engaging people who know how to hype up a room.
- Those looking for a fun, community-driven gig every week.
