The eight-piece band was formed by Grammy-nominee musical director Angel Melendez to pay tribute FANIA music legend Hector Lavoe’s “El Cantante de los Cantantes”.

This group draws crowds to remember the golden era of traditional Salsa music created by Willie Colon and sung by Hector.

Their repertoire includes Todo Tiene su Final, Piraña, Juana Peña, Mi Gente, Periódico de Ayer, Ausencia, Paraiso Dulzura, Soñando Despierto & Juanito Alimaña, among many others…

They also play hard-hitting Salsa songs and can include Cha Cha Cha, Merengue, and Cumbia in their sets!
