Originally planned as two separate workshops, “The Energy Between Us” and “Empowered Together” have now been thoughtfully combined into one powerful session, happening on Saturday, July 12. We’ve merged the best of both to give you a deeper, more cohesive experience—all in one day.

Colleen Touhy is a lifelong dancer with over two decades of experience in the Latin dance scene. With a background in psychology and certifications in yoga, Reiki, and Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), she blends scientific knowledge, intuitive insight, and lived experience to support healing and empowerment. Colleen specializes in trauma, boundaries, consent, and the nervous system, offering practical tools for personal and community transformation. As a single mom and dedicated community member, she creates inclusive spaces for people to reconnect with their power and deepen their connections.

Dr. Karolina Mikos, MD, is a Board-Certified Internist and Holistic Health Practitioner specializing in mind-body medicine, energy healing, and psychedelic therapy. A lifelong dancer, Karolina has explored Latin ballroom, belly dance, bachata, and ecstatic dance, cultivating a passion for creating safe, embodied dance spaces. She integrates energy awareness, consent, and authentic expression into her work, empowering others to fully connect with themselves and the world around them.
