2. No performance nor prior team experience required
3. Intermediate to Advanced skill levels are highly recommended

Abraham is a highly respected and beloved dance instructor, choreographer, and DJ with numerous accomplishments throughout his dance career, including several world championship titles at competitions such as The Summit in Miami.

Abraham has held vital leadership positions at notable Latin dance franchises like Alma Latina and Evolución Latina. He is the founder of his dance performance company, CHI X MVMT. Abraham’s passion for dance remains as strong as ever, and he continues to inspire and motivate dancers worldwide through his work with Latin Street and beyond.

• Achievements: 2nd Place Bachata Intermediate Small Group Division at the Summit Championships (NY, 2025)Practices:
  Every Monday from 8:30 pm to 10 pm (90 minutes) at Latin Street Music & Dancing’s central studio at 600 W Roosevelt Rd in Chicago’s South Loop.
  Items to bring: All-black athletic clothing, water or energy drinks, dance shoes (no gym shoes), and be prepared for physical training. What we are looking for:
  • Proficient knowledge of timing in the style of Bachata dancing.
  • Mastery of lead and follow techniques.
  • Strong ability to establish connection and opposition with a dance partner.
  • Rapid adaptation and flawless execution of choreography patterns.
