With a strong commitment to promoting diversity, cultural understanding, and appreciation for Latin American traditions in Chicago, Jacob brings extensive experience in strategic development, enterprise transformation, and unique event production. He has successfully produced over 30 festivals across the country, including the Future Zouk Chicago Congress, the first and largest annual festival of Brazilian zouk in the Midwest. He has been a production director for renowned Afro-Latin dance festivals like the Chicago Salsa & Bachata Festival and the Dallas Bachata Fusion Festival.
