Learn body rolls from head to hips & reverse body rolls from hips to the head. Body roll to the front, in an angle & to the side. Besides great instruction, you will definately get a workout not even watching parts over again, just following the video in real time.
Bachata Sensual Figure 8s & Basics:
Learn several Bachata Sensual basics steps, concentrating on the figure 8 movement with your hips. You will see different perspectives and execution angles, and also go over the infamous booty roll (Scientific name). If your hip muscles complaint after this video. You did it right.
